This policy explains how PropatyHub handles personal information across the website, support surfaces, marketplace workflows, and mobile app testing paths.

Who PropatyHub is

PropatyHub is a property platform for rentals, sales, shortlets, property listing workflows, enquiries, and related marketplace support. The public website is available at https://www.propatyhub.com.

Information you provide

  • Account and profile details such as your name, email address, phone number, role, verification details, preferences, and account settings.
  • Listing and property details such as property type, location or area, price, availability, descriptions, features, photos, and related listing status information.
  • Enquiry, viewing, messaging, request, and support information you send through PropatyHub, including contact form messages and issue reports.
  • Payment-related records such as plan, entitlement, transaction status, provider reference, invoice or receipt evidence, and reconciliation information. Payment card details are handled by payment providers and are not stored as raw card data by PropatyHub.

Mobile app data and permissions

  • The PropatyHub mobile app uses camera and photo library access so agents and landlords can attach property photos to listing drafts.
  • Local listing drafts may be stored on your device so you can leave the app and continue later.
  • Production mobile photo upload and production mobile listing submission remain disabled until separately approved. Once enabled, listing drafts, photo metadata, and selected photos may sync to PropatyHub systems so the listing can continue through existing review and publication controls.
  • Photos are not uploaded in the background. The app permission copy is limited to property photos attached to draft listings.

How we use information

  • To create and manage accounts, profiles, listings, enquiries, viewings, requests, support tickets, and related marketplace workflows.
  • To help agents, landlords, tenants, buyers, and support operators understand listing status, respond to enquiries, resolve issues, and improve listing quality.
  • To operate security, fraud-prevention, moderation, legal-acceptance, entitlement, payment-status, analytics, diagnostics, and service reliability controls.
  • To improve PropatyHub product quality, support readiness, and user experience using appropriate operational and analytics data.

Cookies, analytics, and device information

  • The website may use cookies, local storage, analytics events, and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, security, product analytics, and reliability.
  • The mobile app and website may collect technical information such as app version, device/browser type, operating system, route or screen activity, error states, and diagnostic events.
  • You can control some browser cookie settings through your browser, but required authentication or security cookies may be needed for core account features.

How information may be shared

  • With service providers that help operate PropatyHub, such as hosting, authentication, storage, email, analytics, support, and payment providers.
  • With agents, landlords, tenants, buyers, service providers, or support teams when needed to complete a listing, enquiry, viewing, request, or support workflow.
  • With authorities, regulators, or advisers where required by law, dispute handling, fraud prevention, safety, compliance, or enforcement.
  • We do not sell payment card details. Payment providers process card or bank details under their own secure provider controls.

Retention and security

  • We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal or operational requirements, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, support audits, and maintain security.
  • Retention periods can vary by record type, jurisdiction, account state, legal requirement, payment evidence, support case, or listing lifecycle.
  • We use technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the information we process, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

  • You may request help with account access, corrections, deletion, data questions, privacy concerns, or support records by contacting PropatyHub support.
  • Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of certain personal data.
  • Some records may need to be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, payment, audit, dispute, or operational reasons.
